It's not about being on moral high ground it's about being courtious especially since you started this out as some kind of business email. I have yet to insult you in such a manner and I am attempting to be civil.
If you really want my numbers, I can give them to you. But allow me to throw the question right back to you. How many people have you killed? How many lives have you ruined? Just because you need to eat doesn't change the fact that you have destroyed families. I'm sure it's better to not think about those sort of things, right? I know I'm not wrong. So please, keep your vulgarity and insults to yourself. I, for one, am trying to have a decent conversation with you. Just because you look like a beast doesn't mean you have to act like one.
Moving on to the lunch invite. I think it's quite clear that in my current state there is nothing I can do to you. My current neighbor is dead so he won't attack you. I am the one that should have something to fear by inviting you. So your life isn't in danger. And, I have a proposition for you. If you can keep your rage intact for just a moment and allow me to explain it to you, I think you might actually be on board for it. I'd prefer to do it over lunch, like proper businessmen but if you are that adamant about it, then we can discuss it here.
And finally, that's rude. I am an excellent cook, all my dates say so. My hands have been in the same places yours have been. Stop implying you're better than me. We're both killers now, Josuke. Nothing can change that.
