The Kit-Tea-Kat is a twilight to dawn café run by Kira Yoshikage in downtown Bavan. You can enjoy all the expectations of a local coffee shop while experiencing the comfort of home. The first café was opened in Taiwan and has since become a huge hit in Asia. This luxury is now available to the residents of Ryslig, both monster and human alike. What is a cat café exactly, you ask? Well, it's quite simple. You drink your tea and have a lovely warm meal while in the company of wonderful animals that may entertain you with their natural kitty antics or perhaps spend the hour by your side. Here at the Kit-Tea-Kat café you'll find a wonderful dining experience as well as comfort. We truly hope you enjoy yourself at our cozy little café While this is a monster run establishment we do not serve anything but genuine food here. And so that no food goes to waste at the end of each work day we will offer up leftovers of the day to hungry monsters and humans alike. Getting started here is no easy thing and we here at Kit-Tea-Kat understand.

Menu

( Dinner ) Dinner is from 6 pm to 11 pm every night. Our dinners are light but warm. We can make a wide variety of soups. As well as quiches, casseroles and salads.	( Lunch ) Lunch is served froom 11 pm to 2 am and offers an array of light and warm sandwiches offering a wide variety of meats and vegetables as well as breads. Sandwiches can be served cold or warmed depending on the guest's request.

( Breakfast ) Breakfast is served from 2 am till 6am and all kinds of dishes are served. Pancakes, waffles, eggs, bacon, sausage. You simply have to name the item and it can be made for you. This is our guarantee.	( Desserts ) Desserts are served all day long. We have a wide variety of cakes, pies, muffins, cupcakes, cookies, and many others. All freshly baked daily. If we do not have what you're looking for at the time we can make it fresh, so long as you're willing to wait.

( Drinks ) We have several different brews of coffee as well as fresh tea leaves. Simply ask to see what we have in stock. We also make cappuccinos, lattes and many other modern day drinks. Along side tea and coffee there is juice, milk and hot chocolate. We do not sell alcohol. My hands hurt far too much to write back but I will say this one small thing.

Firstly, this letter while in formal appearance is not so, and simply an attempt to bait me many days after our encounter. That very meeting which still leaves me questioning many things, like why. I didn't understand it completely in Morioh and I still don't. Are you that upset about your friend? Very well. But to go this far is unnecessary. You ruined my life beyond repair. That should be enough. You and all your friends got your shots in. And not only did you ruin my life but you ruined an entire families life by attempting to get rid of me. That poor woman will never know what happened to her husband now, and isn't that simply terrible?
And as for the boy. Well. I should have let him stay dead. (That part is complicated and I don't have time to explain.)
You also got your shots in here. Here where it's hard enough as it is. I knew that Kishibe Rohan and Kujo Jotaro were here and despite that I had no intention of intermingling with you. I was going to let it all go. As you should have. There's no point in holding grudges anymore. We're all stuck here, apparently, and we're all going to turn into some beast, allegedly. Even myself. (Personally, if I must be turned into an abomination, I'm rooting for some kind of cat.) I don't understand why you'd still go after me where there are more pressing matters.

Secondly, I have come to understand that if you are killed here, you'll come back anyway. It's unfortunate as I had hoped dying here might send me back to Morioh. But after killing my roommate, Mitsuhide, I have learned that in a week or so he will return. That was distressing to learn. It's been a hard week and I haven't been sleeping the best because of it. All of you and all of this is very trying. But to wrap back around to my point, what is the point in trying to end my life? I'll just come back. Will it give you some sense of satisfaction? Or will you keep trying to kill me after that first time? If you say yes, that says something dark about you, Higashikata Josuke.

If killing me once is enough to make you all leave me alone, I'm highly tempted to say yes. And again, that says something awful about the rest of you. But I'd like to attempt to live my life as quiet and peacefully as possible. And if I didn't have to worry about all of you plotting and scheming against me, as you do, then perhaps I'd sleep a little easier. And I think you would rest easier too. If you killed me, you and the mangaka can get your revenge one me for all my unclear injustices towards you. Then all should be solved? Right?

But perhaps this aggressive letter is because of all the things I said to you? Some things were definitely said in an attempt to get myself out of a very dire situation. After fighting Kishibe Rohan and just managing to escape dealing with you was very trying. I can revoke some of those statements as I don't believe them myself. We all say things we don't mean in the heat of the moment. I assume this letter is partly the same on your end, even if it's been sent many days after the incident in question.

All in all though, I would very much like it if there was another way to appease you without me dying, I'd like to go for that option. For my sake as well as your own. Killing for revenge is not something you want on your hands, Higashikata Josuke. Do attempt to believe me when I say this.

They are those that do not say "no" to anyone willing and I spoke of how hard-working and diligent that you are. :)

Me too. I have been inspired to work rather than just eat meat stew. We cannot hope to have a happy home without vegetables and rice with our meals, right? :)

I am making excellent decisions. I have made an agreement with Josuke to rip off my monster pieces. He sawed off all the spikes, trimmed the claws and surgically removed the wings. It's an excruciating process but he got it done. He even did stitches. Quite remarkable for a teenager, don't you think?

It's nothing to be concerned about. We have a contract. I was actually expecting to die the first couple of times but it went quite nicely.

[He's got a business to run you know! The café is open from Dawn till Dusk so he's up. Though fortunately not anywhere downstairs. He's upstairs participating in the daily struggle of curling his bangs. He has to do it the old fashion way since he lacks his usual tools and it's just difficult. They never quite turn out quite right anyway. And you only have the one shot at this... Can't put them back in a roller and try again.

It's not like they hold throughout the day anyway...

The knock on the door at least stops his needless fussing but by the time he goes downstairs he finds nothing but a package waiting.

A Christmas gift? Well, it must be. There's actually a few people that might give him a gift. But not many would write in Japanese. The note really tells him all that he needs to know.

This is from Josuke. And that's very... strange. He's not sure he wants to opem this.

Small cloth mice...? Oh. For the cats. Well, that's nice. There's something else in here. Oh yes. A stocking filled with coal. Well, that's going straight into the trash. It couldn't be a completely pleasant gift otherwise they might start forgetting where they stand with one another.

And now that leaves him in a bit of a situation. He's been mulling the idea over in his head about giving Josuke one of the kittens. On the one hand, he knows it'll be a good home. On the other, it's Josuke. And even though he's picked out the kitten and gotten the collar with one of the names Josuke picked he'd ultimately decided he wasn't going to give the boy the cat.

But now he has a gift and it's polite to give something in return.

Since he's going out tomorrow anyway to drop off treats for the Fourth Followers he supposes he can make a stop over to Josuke's. It'll be sometime in the day, unfortunately... Whatever. He'll wake him up. It's Christmas and all that.

So once seven am hits, now Christmas Day, he closes up. He leaves Susan and Draco do the cleaning while he plops the cat he'd picked out for Josuke in a box. This kitten has a serious attitude problem, towards him specifically, so he's more than happy to send it somewhere else. His first thought had been Josuke actually, and he's preemptively put a ribbon around it as he debated if he should give that troublesome boy a present. He puts the collar with desired name Josuke wanted, depending on the gender of the cat, in the box too. It's a little big but it's the tag that's important. He's seen Hot Space's tag a couple times now so he thinks he's matched it pretty well.

He places the lid of the box on, which does nothing to muffle this very vocal feline who is also sticking its paws through the air holes. This is not going to be a surprise if it doesn't stop this behavior.

By the time he finishes up his stuff at the arcade it's about ten am and the sun is a dreadful beast. Knocking on Josuke's door at this hour would be like knocking on someone's door at midnight back in Morioh, right? He doesn't particularly care, he can't leave the box at the door there's a kitten in here and it's rather cold outside. And if he doesn't do this now he's not going to want to do it later.

So, wasting no more time in mulling it over he knocks on Josuke's door. He finds himself here a lot, doesn't he? That needs to stop...]

[He's a couple days late in reading Josuke's message. He's been dead on the ground in front of his café without a head... so that's been fun. He's angry about the whole ordeal for a great number of reasons but the teenager's message sparks his interest and mellows out his mood with intrigue.

The ninth... and now it is the eleventh with no further message. Maybe the boy forgot? But probably not... If nothing else he'll go to make sure Hot Space is okay.

Besides... he has no interest in returning home with all those bodies are just piled up on his doorstep. And a great number of people are mad at him so this is honestly the next best thing. He'll just stay at Josuke's. If the boy is dead no one can be mad about it.

So here he is on Josuke's door step, in his shadow cat form just to keep out of sight. He wants to be sure no one is home before using the key and entering... so his misty smokey body slips under the crack of the door, about half way and he takes a peek around the main room. Nothing. Just two cats sleeping on the couch.

He backs himself out from underneath the door and transforms back into a person so he can use the door like a proper human being.

And after quick inspection he can safely conclude that Josuke is not here and maybe he really is dead somewhere. The thought is not as pleasing as it might have been in the past. Well... It's only right to take care of the two cats while Josuke is away. After all, that's what Josuke did for him.

And while he's here... he might as well clean it up. And restock the fridge soe he can cook for the cats. And maybe organize everything too... Yes. This all sounds like a very good plan that will benefit everyone.]

(Kira is crashing at Josuke's place till the 15th. It will be nice and clean and will smell super great. Everything is nice and organized just the way Kira likes it. And he'll check in on the cats every other day until Josuke sends him a well deserved "What the fuck?" They can run into each other any day if you want to have a being dead sucks a lot talk.)

April 17th, Kit-Tea-Kat

[It's the first time Marco has come here since Kira was asleep for a month, but this time, he looks significantly... well... angrier, kind of. There's something clouding that fury, too - exhaustion, maybe? Either way, he's looked better.

And those tired, angry eyes are trying to home in on Kira right now.

A human customer looks at him funny. Marco looks back at him, glances around awkwardly, and does his best to assume a calmer posture. It doesn't really work - now he just looks like he's trying not to scream.]

[To be fair, Kira has seen better days too. His own head was blown off by his own Sheer Heart Attack after being repeatedly stabbed and just obliterated physically by some stupid vampire. He followed that up by sleeping on Josuke's uncomfortable and filthy couch the past few days. That does nothing for one's appearance.

Still, he's well enough to be his usual unpleasant self. Especially when he sees Marco in a seething grumpy state.]

Evangelisti Marco... what a pleasant surprise. You've come at a good time. I have pieces of your snake in the cellar. Mitsuhide was trying to make me some sort of vile snakeskin jacket out of him. But I'd prefer if you just take that mess with you.
